JoinMyTrip is a travel tech startup from Hamburg that is lucky enough to work everyday on what makes people happy – vacation! Our international team consists of globetrotters, that happen to be mostly tech-nerds and marketing lovers. We strongly believe that travel can change people for the better, especially if they can share the experience with others.
About the role in jointrip
You love to organize trips, meet new people from around the globe and spend some exciting days showing your favorite spots on the world to them? We are looking for adventurous individuals who know their city / country and its surrounding area by heart and offer great trips to our community.
In this freelance position, it is your free choice how many trips with how many TripMates to which location you do. To create unforgettable experiences for your travel buddies!

Responsibilities at jointrip:
- Plan and execute Trips around the world
- Improve the short and long-term travel experiences for both TripLeaders and TripMates
- Take care of suitable accomodations and destinations on site
- Promote your own trips through various channels (we train you!)
Your skills
- Leadership skills
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Strong social skills; meet and support our users
- Resistant to stress
- Ability to meet multiple demands and handle competing priorities
Qualification

- Willingness to plan, promote and execute trips
